Projects We Support

Honor Flight New England is a non-profit organization created solely to honor America's veterans for all of their sacrifices. Through generous donations we transport our heroes to Washington, D.C., to visit and reflect at their memorials AT NO COST TO THE VETERAN. Top priority is given to the senior veterans – World War II survivors, along with those other veterans who may be terminally ill.

The Chaplain’s Emergency Relief Fund (CERF) is there to assist the families of service personnel, regardless of branch and provides temporary financial assistance to families in need.  The Chaplains Emergency Relief Fund "CERF" is a 501c3 [Tax ID# is available upon request] and is managed by New Hampshire National Guard Chaplains.

99.5% of the contributions made reach the military families in need.  Grants provided to families are considered a gift and do not have to be repaid.  The majority of grants given to families are for significant needs such as housing, utilities, auto repairs and medical expenses.

In the last 3 years, the CERF has helped 310 families with their urgent and pressing needs through the generosity of New Hampshire citizens, Churches, Family Readiness Groups, Corporations and Businesses from all over of New Hampshire.

YELLOW  RIBBON  CAMPAIGN

Yellow ribbons have almost disappeared and many that remain are worn and faded.    Yellow Ribbon Icon
Has American Pride faded like our ribbons ?

Displaying yellow ribbons is one of the ways we can show respect for our  troops and their families.

It takes so little on our part to display yellow ribbons, yet it means so much to our troops.

Work in your neighborhood and community to put up more yellow ribbons for our troops to see.

This is a great way to say "Thank You" to the troops returning home and "Come Back Soon" to the ones being deployed.

When you purchase your Ribbon from a military group ALL monies go to supporting the troops! If you need to replace your Yellow Ribbon email us Blue Star Mothers of NH
